Student Work - Assorted Fabulous Quilts
I have some photographs of student work from workshops here. If you would like to have your photo included, please email me a photo of your quilt, your name (it can be just your first name if you are shy), and the name of your quilt. And if you see your work and you would like you name on it, please let me know and I will add it. I hope to have this area grow so that new students can be inspired by other student’s work!

Good Gyrations by Carolyn N. Carolyn made this quilt from my pattern on her own. Purple and green make a striking combo! |
Luminous Lagoon by Shelly D. Shelly taught a workshop using my Variegated Vortex pattern at Cloth and Quilts in Turlock, CA. I love her choice of colors! |
|
Brilliant Butterfly pattern by Jana P. Jana sent me a photograph of her quilt she made with my Brilliant Butterfly pattern. Great colors! |
Red Flowers in the Wind by Linda B. Linda made her version of my Jazzy Jewels pattern with fabric that Ricky Timms designed. I love the way it melts into itself! Her lucky daughter will be getting this quilt. |
Mosaic Madness by Rosemary P. Rosemary sent me this photograph of her top after taking a workshop in Sisters, Oregon with me,. I love how she added the sashing, it really sets off the blocks! |
|
Wacky Waves by Ann H. Ann brought her wonderful Wacky Waves quilt to class that she made in another workshop with me a few years ago. She was in my 3-D Explosion workshop this time and I look forward to her finished project in that class! My camera in my phone is not the best, so Ann, if you have a clear photo of the quilt, please send it to me! |
Crucible's Fire #3 by Jerry M. Jerry writes, "Next year I will be 80!... Your work is wonderful and I feel fortunate to have been able to execute your pattern. Machine quilting it was heaven." Jerry attended a Variegated Vortex workshop taught by her friend, who previously had taken a workshop with me. And look at the results! This lovely monochromatic color-way works well. |
Good Gyrations by Lois K. Lois works at Odegaard's Sewing in Flagstaff, Arizona. She made this quilt in a workshop in 2006 at Quilt Camp in the Pines. Isn't it wonderful?! |
|
Piano Concerto #1 by Gina D. Gina brought her musical quilt for me to see at Quilt Camp in the Pines, 2007. Gina had the workshop at Quilt Camp in 2006. She says, "It's a full keyboard - all 88 keys with the treble cleff on top and the bass cleff on the bottom." Nice work! |
Variegated Vortex by Mary S. Mary had this workshop in Sisters Oregon at the Quilter's Affair. She brought her quilt top to share with me at the 2007 Quilters Affair. Fabulous! |
